Race and Civic Engagement Dialogue

Social change begins with self-examination and requires exchanges, dialogues, and finally civic engagement and actions to cultivate anti-racist community. We continue our commitment to this quest by inviting the community to come together for a morning of skill-building and conversation to better understand and address the racism that exists within our community.

You are invited to participate in this dialogue and conversation to examine and discuss race and racism and how we can work together to achieve justice in our community. The goal of the dialogue is to empower community leaders and activists with the tools they may need to have subsequent, uncomfortable yet constructive conversations in the context of their own communities unique lived experiences and form collaboration and communication with other like-minded organizations and individuals.
