Join us for an energizing day of growth, connection, and inspiration! We will hear from leaders in a variety of sectors share their stories and best practices. Participants will build practical leadership skills, discuss why we want to be leaders, network with mentors, peers and allies, and build life long opportunities.
This year's event, "A Compass to Leadership: Building Our Future Together," will focus on topics covering leadership styles, financial freedom, integrating culture roots and values, finding your voice, and exploring different career paths. We invite you to join us as we enhance our leadership skills and knowledge together!
Registration is free, and a light lunch will be provided. The event will be held in-person in River Ridge High School in Thurston County, Washington.
